Shipping Policy
Our shipping cost is excluded in the order. We do not add the shipping cost in the order as we believe you will save much money when you purchase more items in the same order. When you split up the shipping cost to each item, you will find that our cost is cheaper than other shop who the price is included shipping cost.
At checkout, you’ll be able to see the shipping mode. You can select Fedex & Vintage service for international shipment or SF Express for HK local delivery.
Once your order transaction is complete, you’ll receive a tracking number in a confirmation email or you can track your order under “Track Your Order” on the menu bar.
For deliveries, we guarantee the promised delivery dates. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances like inclement weather, credit card verification or postal strikes are not counted against allocated delivery times. We do not guarantee estimated delivery dates. Couriers’ sub-contract shipments & customs’ variables are unknown.
Please email sales@greenlivingcare.store with “CANCELATION OF ORDER #GL1234” as the subject. Note that we fulfill & ship all orders in 24 hours. If the order you wish to cancel has been shipped, we cannot cancel it.
